Return Policy

At J2Legacy Skin Care, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to assist you through the return process. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your return rights and conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Opened or used items cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless the product was received damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email support@j2legacy.com with the following information:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos (if product is damaged or defective)

Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received in error, damaged, or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund (excluding original shipping charges) will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@j2legacy.com. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping fees.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items purchased outside of www.j2legacy.com
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or clearance items marked as final sale

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.
